As such, I'm writing today to draw attention to the fight against AIDS, a cause near and dear to many but more specifically, my friend GeneratingHype. For those of us old enough to remember, the subject of AIDS was a media bonanza in the 90's and it was constantly addressed in every newspaper, political platform, tv spot and magazine. After an extended absence, ArtistsForCharity is back for its long-awaited return -- and we're doing it with a bang! We're looking for a new face, and we want all of you to help by designing a new logo for us to use!
What is Artists for Charity?
Artists for Charity is exactly what it sounds like! AfC consists of a group of dedicated seniors who raise funds by selling donated art as prints on deviantART. Once they are sold, all proceeds of the prints go to a pre-selected charity. AfC has raised and donated over $1500 in sold prints with help from members like you!
Here's just a small selection of some of the beautiful artwork which has been donated by deviants and on sale in the ArtistsForCharity Prints Store.
